My story
After leaving the aquatics industry following COVID closures, I stepped foot into a Discord server called LeaveNoWitness. This community later became my home for two years and marked the beginning of my career in esports. Through discovering outstanding talent in our Latin American Apex Legends players, the Discord owner and I teamed up to provide these athletes with small salaries. Soon after, we found ourselves supporting Latin American talent in other titles like Halo Infinite, Valorant, and Brawl Stars out of pure passion for the games we loved.
At LNW, I worked as an operating executive where I oversaw functions of the brand along with serving as the org's performance coach. After qualifying to two Apex Legends Global Series' Playoffs events in 2023, I took a leap of faith and dropped out of architecture school to go all in on esports by getting my diploma in Game Business and Esports at Full Sail University.

Esports world cup 2024
I attended the inaugural Esports World Cup as the team manager for the leading South American Apex Legends roster. Handled player travel arrangements, scheduling, budgeting, and media coordination, collaborating closely with GOSU ACADEMY and the EWC Foundation. Bilingual Video production
Producing and overseeing content for the media channels of Apex Legends Pro Player "Kurev". Since April of 2025, we've generated 300k+ views across short and long form content while navigating a bilingual audience across the Hispanic and English speaking communities in Apex Legends.

ALGS Production Proposal
With a game entity of my choosing, I explored distinct business models and utilized additional research methods including but not limited to a SWOT analysis, capability analysis, marketing mixes, target audience profiles, value propositions, industry trends, and more to complete a business analysis report & proposal for a new production company for the South American region of the Apex Legends Global Series.

For an organization of my choosing, I was tasked with creating a project that added value to the entity. We needed to identity objectives, risks, explain ROI or other types of value, and later state available/required resources as well as pinpoint stakeholders of interest in the project.

LeaveNoWitness Rebrand
Done in collaboration with designer Sultan Adik, the LeaveNoWitness brand was reimagined to still incorporate its original crosshair inspirations while keeping the initials in its logo. Vector-based visuals were the core of the brand.

NACE StarLeague
Worked as a stage manager for the NACE Starleague Grand Finals held at the Full Sail Fortress in Orlando. Tasked with stage design, setup, and VIP handling for the running of the event.

After LeaveNoWitness' two qualifications to ALGS LAN in the months of February & July of 2023, I undertook both the organization of the team's fundraiser for travel expenses as well as the organization of travel details to be prepared to receive global participants.
